Feeling betrayed by their local Council, many residents from the little village of Portchester, marched on the Civic Offices. The headquarters of Fareham Borough Council was the place to voice their opposition to plans for several hundred new houses being built on local land that they believe is not suitable and lacks infostructure.
Having grown up in Portchester, I was lucky enough to be a part of it and put together this video to document the event in some small way.
