Tension relief for upper body.
We will strengthen, stretch out and twist muscles to fix rounded shoulders. Practice 2-3 times per week at least for 1 month and see yourself getting taller!
Stay with your breath, focus on moves and be patient with your body!
*First 10 min is a neck work. You can stop there if neck tension relief is your target.
