🇬🇧 Carla’s Keto Italian Biscotti

Ingredients that you will need to prepare these keto Italian biscotti:
2 eggs,
120 g powdered erythritol,
160 g almond flour,
95 g almond with their peel,
a tablespoon of aniseeds and
a teaspoon of baking powder if you want, I forgot to buy it but they were perfect anyway.
If you use the Thermomix:
one entire egg and one yolk: 5 sec speed 3
-add the erythritol: 10 sec speed 3
-add almond flour, almonds, aniseeds and baking powder: 1 min using the ear of wheat function.
Then shape, put some egg white on top and bake at 180 C for about 20 or 25 minutes. Cut your biscotti after letting them cool down.
