1. 00:51 Actually want & commit to becoming a real estate agent
2. 01:40 Be 18+ years old and have no felonies under your name
3. 01:52 Complete a 75-hour licensing course approved by Dept of State
4. 04:19 Take and pass the NYS Real estate Exam!
5. 05:24 Find a sponsoring broker and interview them
