How I make popcorn chicken. See recipe below.
Recipe (double accordingly for more);
4 chicken breasts
3 eggs
1.5 sleeves of soda crackers
(Seasoning is optional or personal preference)
First crush the soda crackers in a freezer bag. Cut the chicken into cubes or whatever size you prefer. Then crack and beat the eggs in a bowl.
Then dip the cut up chicken into the egg and crackers (crumbs) Put into deep fryer.
