INGREDIENTS:
700g Potatoes
150g Spinach
350g Mushrooms
1 cup red bell pepper
3 Garlic Clove
1 tbsp butter
Salt and Pepper
Pinch of chili flacks
200g Grated Mozzarella
Bake at 200C for 30 mins + 15 mins
