AFMC VLOG : Summer Intership Program

AFMC, or the Armed Forces Medical College, is a premier medical institution in India that trains medical professionals for service in the Indian Armed Forces. It is located in Pune, Maharashtra, and offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in various medical fields.

A summer internship at AFMC was a great opportunity for us who are pursuing a career in the medical field to gain practical experience and exposure to the workings of a renowned medical institution. The internship program at AFMC under MUHS typically lasts for 2 weeks and is open to students from various medical colleges.

During the internship, we were assigned to different departments and given hands-on training under the guidance of experienced faculty members. They got us to interact with patients, observe surgeries and procedures, attend lectures and seminars, and participate in research activities.

Overall, a summer internship at AFMC provided us a valuable learning opportunity and help us develop skills and knowledge in the field of medicine. It might also be a stepping stone towards a rewarding career in the Indian Armed Forces or other healthcare organizations.
