*EXTREMELY RARE UNITS* Multiple Agencies RARE/Command Vehicles, Responding Code 3 to Major HazMat!

Seen in this video is Various agencies responding to a HazMat incident in San Mateo. Including the EXTREMELY Rare HazMat 14, and HazMat 114 which have only responded code 3 one other time this year, as well as the new SMPD Incident Command Tahoe and an SMPD OES Command truck.
On Thursday, July 13th, 2023, at approximately 11:00 Hours, CHP Responded to the area of highway 92 and the 101 freeway onramp to a reports of a commercial vehicle that had spilled several drums of fluid across the freeway. Upon arrival, CHP located a truck carrying drums of apparent sodium bisulfite. The San Mateo Consolidated Fire department was requested to respond to investigate, at which point a HazMat response. Unfortunately the other units came from another direction but I still got some catches of the VERY Rare hazmat 14 and 114. The freeway Remains Closed in the eastbound direction and is expected to stay closed until tommorow as crews clean up the spill.
