Imperial Recipe:

¼ cup chipotle peppers
¼ cup cilantro stalks
¼ cup shallots
3 tbsp soy sauce
½ cup avocado oil
½ cup lime juice
1/2 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground coriander

10 g cilantro stalks
40 g shallots
45 ml soy sauce
120 ml avocado oil
120 ml lime juice
1/2 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground coriander
