Investing in the stock market can make you a lot more money compared to having it in a regular savings account — but only if you know what you're doing. Blindly investing without proper knowledge would make you lose your hard-earned money, and that's not what we want.

Summary:
Compound Interest:
This is basically interest on interest. Your money will grow more and more over time!
Simple Interest:
This is interest that doesn't change. Your money will grow by a certain rate forever.
What Is A Stock:
A Stock is like a piece of a company. This means you own a piece of that company if you own their stock. Companies do this for them to raise funds for their business.
Different Types Of Stocks:
The two main types of stocks are common stocks and ETFs/Mutual funds. I recommend ETFs/Mutual funds as a beginner because they're safer!
Best Beginner Stocks You Can Buy:
I recommend looking into VTI, VOO, and SPY because they're extremely diversified and less than have the stocks on the market beat the S&P 500.
Investing Platforms You Can Use:
Webull, Acorns, Robinhood, Wealthfront, and Fidelity are great platforms to get started. I personally use Webull, Acorns, and Robinhood and highly recommend them for beginners.
How Much Should You Invest:
This really depends on your financial situation and your money goals. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.
Actionable Steps You Can Do Right Now:
Open an investing account (I recommend using my links for free stocks), deposit money into the account, start investing consistently in the S&P 500, and most importantly, start now!
