100g Shrimps 鲜虾
70g Shallots 小红葱
35g Garlic 蒜末
1 Egg 鸡蛋
½ tsp Five Spice Powder 五香粉
½ tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
½ tsp Sugar 白糖
1 tsp Sesame Oil 麻油
1 tsp Light Soy Sauce 生抽
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce 蚝油
½ tsp Salt 盐
2 tbsp Corn Starch 玉米淀粉
Dash Of Water 清水
300g Taro 芋头

2 tbsp Cooking Wine 料酒
800~1000ml Hot Water 热水
