Join me on the 5th leg of my 200 mile journey along Maine’s Coastline! In this episode, I paddle eastward from my campsite on Sheep Island, to Cross Island near Cutler, ME. Along the way I explore the remains of a quarry site on Hardwood Island, pass through the fishing town of Jonesport, visit Halifax Island, and cross the Machias Bay.
This episode is part of a series called “Maine By Sea Kayak” in which I document my unique expedition over 200 miles of Maine’s coastline from Portland, ME, to Cutler, ME.
