SYNOPSIS EPISODE NO. 55.
Parvati along with her friends goes to worship Lord Shiva. Indra and the other Devas see this sight from the sky. They are elated that they will not have to suffer for long. Kamdev arrives there at that time. Indra asks for his co-operation to induce love in Lord Shiva’s heart. When Parvati is worshiping Lord Shiva Kamdev and Rati arrive there. They try to induce love and affection in Lord Shiva’s heart. Lord Shiva gets very angry with Kamdev when he uses his arrow on the Lord. He reduces Kamdev to ashes. Rati is distraught at Kamdev’s death. Lord Brahma drowns Lord Shiva’s anger in the sea in the form of a horse.
