Thanks for stopping by and dancing with me today. 💛 You asked ....and I'm delivering this Kompa Dance Workout: Learn the Steps While You Sweat! 🔥 Follow-Along Workout video! and you HAVE to follow along! I’m so excited about this one because it teaches kompa steps while giving you a full dance workout at the same time. It’s basically a fun way to learn how to dance kompa AND get a good sweat in.

I break down all the main beginner kompa steps Make, Mereng, Dodomeya, and Direk and show how to dance each one in a simple, follow-along format. It’s super beginner-friendly, and the movements are actual Haitian kompa dance routines. I wanted the video to feel like a real kompa dance class, but with the energy of a dance fitness workout.

The whole routine is low-impact, rhythmic, and actually fun to do. And because it's a kompa dance workout, you’re learning the style while building stamina, improving your hips and footwork, and getting that smooth kompa flow down. If you’ve been wanting a home workout that doesn’t feel like a workout, this one is for you.

Honestly, this might be one of my favorite videos I’ve made so far. The music, the steps, the flow.....everything feels so good. I think you’re gonna love it, especially if you want a mix of dance cardio, kompa basics, and follow-along choreography that teaches you how to move like you’re actually dancing kompa at a party.
