Hi everyone, this is Kristen and I’d like to introduce you to Mermaid Wax. Mermaid Wax is a professional hair removal wax company made By An Esthetician, For Estheticians®. This company was created for you guys. I really wanted Mermaid Wax to be, and now it is, the company I wished I had as an Esthetician. Many of the products we have are from ideas or requests from you all, our Mermaids. We are always happy to hear new requests or ideas so always please feel free to reach out to us.

Mermaid Wax has expanded so much since we first launched back in 2019. We now offer hard wax, soft wax, wax warmers, concentrated wax bombs which include Pandora’s Box, glitter bombs, color bombs, scent bombs and skin additive bombs. We also have Mermaid silicone practice mats, and a bunch of Mermaid Merch like posters, window clings and signs, stickers, t-shirts, tanks, hoodies and jackets.

Let’s dive in! First, I’ll go over our different hard waxes. We currently have 3 unique hard wax formulations. Mermaid Wax calls a unique formulation a “Series.” Within each Series there may be multiple colors, albeit the same base wax. Our 3 hard wax series are Signature Series, Pro Series and Experimental Series. There are 7 colors in Signature Series, 3 colors in Pro Series, & 7 colors in Experimental or “X” Series.

Why so many colors of the exact same formulation? We’re Estheticians, looks are our thing. Don’t underestimate the power of color & emotion on your logic. There’s thousands of professionals that will fight you over their favorite color working better than the next in the same series. No matter what you say to tell them it’s the same wax, they will NOT believe it. That’s power.
