The struggle continues. In the second half of this brutal day, I'm pushed to my absolute limits. After finding momentary relief from an unexpected act of kindness by an Indian Army officer, I face my hardest climbs yet, battling exhaustion, sunburn, and relentless headwinds. As the sun sets, I'm forced to ride into the darkness, guided only by the moonlight, with many kilometers still to go.
This is the story of surviving one of the toughest days of my life on the road to Leh.
