Sled Dawgz Revive Rack Room Shoes | Weekend 1 – Sealcoating & Striping

The Sled Dawgz rolled into Rack Room Shoes Corporate in Charlotte, NC for Weekend 1 of this double weekend parking lot restoration project. Over the course of the weekend, the crew tackled more than 110,000 square feet of sealcoating and a full restripe — setting the tone for what’s to come. With over 140,000 total square feet of asphalt and 8,400 linear feet of cracks in this project, this one tested the crew’s precision, endurance, and teamwork and they delivered. This one was special as this was Justin’s first sold project as part of the Proline team 🙌

🛠️ Scope of Work:
-Crack Sealing (8,483 LF total) (Completed prior to filming)
-Sealcoating (141,384 SQFT, 2 coats — 110,000 completed in Weekend 1)
-Line Striping (stalls, handicap, arrows, stop bars, visitor lettering)
-16 Visitor Signs Installed (coming next weekend)

Weekend 1 focused on sealcoating and restriping — next weekend, the Sled Dawgz return to handle asphalt repairs sign installation, and complete the remaining 30,000 sqft of sealcoating and striping to complete the Rack Room transformation.
