“Not only a super cute move but the ultimate thigh burner! When executing this correctly we should see a nice big clean hip shimmy as you float across the floor gradually. Make sure you are taking very small steps or scoots with your feet and you focus on the hips back and forth. Enjoy adding smooth snake arms or simple clean arm patterns!”
