The new Psion class has a subclass called Psi Warper that I've been keeping my eye on, because it is absolutely ideal for building my favourite villain, Renneth Danse! I figured you guys might be interested in seeing what the Psion can really do, so here you go, a full 1-20 build featuring the best evil politician to ever exist!
