MY SECOND R.E.M. DRUM COVER!!
Orange Crush is the 1st single off R.E.M.s 6th studio album, Green which was released on November 8th, 1988, the single was released a month later and this album was produced by the band and Scott Litt. I started listening to this song in June of this year and began playing along to the drums on it last month. This song is about the experience of the Vietnam War Soldiers, the effects of Agent Orange and the difficulty of returning home to a country that blamed them for the war, as you will hear in the middle section of the song. The timing was pretty good in this take and it's a fun tune to jam to. I hope you enjoy it!
