Lots of question marks surrounding certain hero changes that we'll have to wait and see in game. A few that I feel they really missed the mark, and some heroes that really still need help along the way.
The biggest changes single handedly is Rocket gaining a healing ult, which already has a massive range, Psylocke will be able to clone herself (which if it includes butterflies means she'll 1tap almost anyone) and as such get banned, and Scarlet may quite possibly be a huge floating turret menace.
So some good, bad, and in between.
