I have personally devoted the last 25 years of my life focused on deepening my understanding and relationship with the "Person" of the Holy Spirit just because of this one powerful and bone-chilling verse. One must know Him! Just remember this: The revelation of the previous Holy Spirit cannot be taught -- it must be CAUGHT!!!!

Why is it that you can kill every man women and child on earth, blasphemy Jesus and yet be forgiven ? Yet -- a single Word spoken against the Holy Spirit goes without repentance? I will teach you about deterred effect of perceived punishment.........

Matthew 12:31-32 (KJV)
31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.

32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.
