Thin but filling in. In this video I show an update on the plot I seeded last year with Zenith Zoysia Seed from Super Sod. It is slowly filling in. Is there enough sunlight in this area? That will determine whether or not it is a success this season.
Seeding warm season is a little different that seeding cool season grasses. You seed during the late spring early summer. No tenacity. Zenith in particular grows in very slowly. You have to be patient!
