As I have previous shared in my other millet recipe videos,this is also a very healthy combination of foxtail millet and 3 types of dals.Millets are rich in protein,iron,calcium,B complex vitamins and so are lentils so combining them and fermenting the batter increase Vit B12 content of this dish.Including millets in your regular diet is very easy and I have already shared many recipes @KamalsFoodLab
Ingredients:
Foxtail millet - 1 cup
Chana dal-1/2 cup
Toor dal-1/4 cup
Urad dal-2 tbsp
Bottlegourd-250 grams
Carrot-1 big
Coriander-3 tbsp
Garlic,ginger,chilli paste-1 tbsp
Groundnuts-2 tbsp
Salt
Turmeric-1 tap
Red chilli powder-1 tbsp
For tempering:
Oil
Mistar seeds
Sesame seeds
Curry leaves
