Enjoy a short compilation of a lovely monsoon evening at Khandala station. Khandala is a beautiful station located on the Bhor Ghat section of the Central Railway. And to watch trains pass in the rains makes it even more spectacular.
1. In very heavy rainshowers, the Mumbai - Pune Pragati Express climbs up the ghat hauled by a WCAM-3 locomotive.
2. Ten minutes later, the rain subsides a little bit and the Pune - Mumbai Intercity Express with a WAP-7 locomotive arrives at Khandala for its brake testing halt.
3. Finally the Mumbai - Pune Deccan Queen with a WCAM-3 climbs up the ghat in the rain. It became dark after this and I called it a day.
