Porcelain AMV Collab Launch | Pokespe

Following the 2nd arc of the Pokémon manga (Pokemon Adventures aka Pokemon Special) is a young and mysterious trainer named Yellow on a journey to rescue Red. Joined by Pika (Red’s Pikachu) who managed to escape from the Elite Four’s grasp, Yellow must travel the Kanto region while reluctantly learning the art of battling in order to have a fighting chance against the sinister Elite Four and save Red.

Project Description

Porcelain is an animated collaboration among many artists, animators, colorists, and voice actor(s) to recreate the 2nd arc of the Pokémon Adventures (Pokémon Special) manga. Following the style of an animated music video, this project is divided into two halves. Structured as a PMV, the first half of the project consists of primarily still images with limited animation that summarizes important events throughout the story. The 2nd half is the epic climax of the story which is fully animated and jam packed with action.

All of this is volunteer work which involves many passionate and skilled artists, animators, and Pokémon fans alike. If you are interested in participating in the project, please read the project document for more information and then apply using the google forms application. Everyone will be credited accordingly following the completion of the project.
