In this video I show how install the Malossi MHR Over Range transmission. Though this particular install is on an Aprilia SR50R, the same kit is used in all all Hiper2 engines (engine fitted in almost every 50cc 2T Aprilia, Piaggio, Vespa, Gilera ect). The only variation between these models is the belt length, as the Hiper2 comes in 3 different casing lengths to suit different size wheels.
Keep in mind that this is just the fitting, the variator will usually need to be tuned further. The kit comes with two different weight sets of rollers, 3.5g and 3.8g. On this particular bike which has an MHR racing cylinder kit, MHR RHQ Crank, and Yasuni C16 I ended up with 4.2g each achieving the best accelleration.
