Militärmusik Niederösterreich, The Lower Austria Military Band performing at Nationalfeiertag (Austrian National Day) in Vienna on Saturday 26th October 2024. The band travelled to the capital and gave performances around the city during the day. This video films two of their platzconcerts that the band gave outside the Burgtheater and on the Hofburg Palace Heldenplatz.

The band is under the direction of their Director of Music Colonel Adi Obendrauf who has been the band's musical director since August 2011! Their Drum Major is Music master Staff guard Martin Stupka. It is worth noting the presence of the Austrian Defence Minister who enthusiastically sang along to the band with their 80's rock medley on the Heldenplatz. This can be seen at 19:26 in the video.

This is the second of two videos produced in Vienna from Nationalfeiertag 2024. The first featured Gardemusik Wien who supported the national wreath laying by the government and also the inauguration parade/ceremony of new troops to the Austrian Armed Forces (Bundesheer).
