At the Cook County Building, a coalition of African American pastors rang the bell for what they said is an economic emergency.
Rev. Ira Acree and clergy representing 20 different churches throughout Cook County told WGN-TV their congregation members, predominantly from the city's South and West Sides, are being priced out of their homes because of skyrocketing property taxes.
