Kind of like the song, there are 3 ladies asking Jack to stay as they want to keep them with them forever. Jack doensn't want to because he still has a life. The ladies had done everything Jack asked them to do (be kinder, learn to love etc.) they thought for sure he was going to stay, but he isn't so they take matter into their own hands.
