Making Chinese Char Siu On Traeger Grill
CHAR SIU PORK | CHINESE BBQ PORK|
Ingredients:
pork should 3.5 lb
bean card 2 tbsp
hoisin sauce 2 tbsp
dark soy sauce 2 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chinese cooking wine 2 tbsp
honey 2 tbsp
five spices 2 tsp
sesame oil 1 tbsp
chicken powder 2 tbsp chicken powder
chopped garlic 2 tbsp
white pepper powder 1 tsp
add 1/4 tsp red food coloring (or red bean card sauce )
Roasted on Traeger grill for 60 mins( 30 mins each side)brush with honey when fin.
