There's truly no better way to experience Denali than from the air!
We started out by driving from Anchorage to Talkeetna, Alaska. Talkeetna is considered the base camp to explore Denali, whether that be climbing or flight-seeing. We arrived mid-morning, and after a last second decision, ended up flying around Denali National Park and doing a glacier landing and scenic flight with K2 aviation. This is one of the top things to do in Denali National park and is a very unique way to experience the park.
This was an incredible experience, and the glacier landing was incredible. If you do book this, i would highly recommend adding on the glacier landing. Standing out there on Ruth glacier was otherworldly. The silence was incredible.

Each of our Alaskan adventures have been done over a weekend or as a one day trip from Anchorage, and we are so grateful to be able to do these things without having to travel far from home.
