We’re getting a great sweat and having lots of fun during this WEIGHT LOSS power walk workout that’s perfect for women of a “certain age.”
Combining steady-state WALKING with some of my favorite low impact cardio exercises, we’ll be improving our heart health, increasing our endurance and getting some endorphins flowing - all while keeping things at the MODERATE pace that’s best for weight loss.
And while we’re working out, let’s chat about ALLOWING your body to do what it’s going to do naturally, including dealing with:
