LDL-cholesterol-Calorie FRIENDLY Pizza-crust: All Nat’l Nonfat Greek Strained Yogurt + 1/2c Flour

This is what I call “crazy good.” We all live to adore pizza, but not the calories or what that pizza does to our LDL. Solution? 1/2c flour + 3/4c plain greek yogurt (no flavor). Whatever sub you make, make sure you work w/ 0-trans fat & 0-saturated fat + the property of your substitute must mimic the original 2 ingredients in order to bake & hold.
Bake at 400 for 30-35m., & watch the delicious, golden beauty come out of the oven. You can add: anchovies, olives, ham, turkey sausage, lean steak meat, cheeses, spinach, pesto or whatever your imagination tells you. I promise w/ this recipe you are not sacrificing flavor. Crazy good!!! Says a pizza-lover 😆
Make sure to go heavy on spraying w/ “0-calorie cooking spray” when preparing your bake-tray for easy removal or release of the baked-pizza. You might also need to save a little flour to powder your working surface as well as the rolling pin.
If the dough is too sticky, keep adding a pinch of flour until the dough can be picked up & handled without breaking.
