CJ's wish finally came true.... my little boy can now see the world in true colour.

CJ is my son, born on the 6th of March 2007. In 2011 he was in preschool and was able to identify all colours perfectly. By 2013 CJ was being teased in school because he struggled with the differences in identifying certain colours. It was then that he was diagnosed as a Mild Protan and I then started to homeschool him in 2014 using methods created especially for colourblindbess. This is a colour deficiency, it does not mean he cannot see colours, it means he struggles to identify certain colours, as he sees them as shades, lighting can also be a major factor. By 2016 CJ was diagnosed as a Severe Protan. My father was colourblind his whole life and the gene had obviously been passed on through me to my son without ever affecting me. This video was made as a true reflection of the emotions we as a family felt. CJ had been saving his pocket money alomg with donations for over 3 years to get these glasses.
