Our line KONTACT-Random 220 is a completely automatic line for the continuous glueing of 2-layer parquet with plywood support.

Description of function

The 2-layer parquet top layer is composed of a valuable single random wooden lamellas, from 3 to 6 mm thick.
The support layer is composed of plywood, from 5,5 mm to 15 mm thick.
While the lamellas and plywood layers are transported towards the pinch rollers, glue is applied.
The glueing system consists of one separate glue cycle. The system has one glue pump and one application nozzle. One pump, if required, is for the PVAC-glue, the second one for the PUR-glue.
The glue is applied on the top of the plywood.
The nozzles are mechanically adjustable according to the width of the lamellas.
The glue application can be done either in combination PUR and PVAC or only PUR. It is not possible to run only PVAC !
While producing with glue combination, a curing time of at least 48 hours is required. The time depends on the applied quantity of PVAC-glue. When running only PUR-glue, the parts can go straight into the next processing step.

The machine is PATENTED for processing in continuous all the parquet lengths. There is no other similar technology in the world. This feature allows to the customer to use all the wood available. The other machinery competitors do not have this possibility and waste more wood (lamelles and support strips or plywood) The economic saving, energy saving and material saving combined with the large capacity makes this new machine unique and very interesting for all world markets.

The length of parquet is indifferent and does not require any adjustment.

Low use of working personnel: only one person is required to load the lamellas and the plywood.

Low space for the installation is required.

With our line it is possible to use two materials for the glueing (top layer and bottom layer) having tolerances remarkably higher. As a result, you do not need a machine to sand the lamellas before glueing (this is another remarkable economic and energy savings).
For example, the press can glue together without problems lamellas of +/- 02 mm and +/- 0,25 mm
In our line is included the crosscutting unit and the parquet comes out already glued and cut in length. This give the possibility to have a major saving on the use of plywood. There is therefore no waste of material.
The flexibility of this line allows a production "just in time" and no inventory to stock. Currently the market does not require large batches of the same size, but small batches of parquet with different sizes. A traditional press does not allow this flexibility in production.
