If you capture this moment, you can program the entire trajectory of your day. This morning protocol is designed to seize that window and set the stage for a miracle.
The instruction is precise: Listen to the audio immediately upon waking, and then—this is crucial—maintain a period of sacred silence. Do not check your phone. Do not speak. Do not let the world rush in. In that silence, you hold the vibration of the miracle you are inviting.
