Vintage Sohni-Wicke toy cap gun from the late 1990s. Probably made in Thailand (?) by Sohni-Wicke (now part of the Heinrich Bauer GmbH). The caps are older (1980s) 25/50 shot plastic strip caps from Wicke (Made in Germany).
This type of caps was created for the German market and these caps are rarely seen outside of Germany.
Note: This cap gun is not for sale. This video is just for documentation and demonstration of an old toy gun.
