SolidWorks is an excellent parametric modeling tool, but it's drawing capabilities are not well suited for 2D work like title blocks, flow charts, displacement diagrams, etc. That is why DraftSight -- an excellent DWG alternative to AutoCAD -- is such a useful tool to include with a subscription. If you have a title block in DWG format and want to create a SolidWorks sheet format from it, here's how. Then you can use it to create template files to make yourself more efficient.
