Dog Reactive to Social (Part 2)

Storm is an extremely reactive German Shepherd (GSD) who is Not fear reactive but rather frustrated that he can't be social. In this video you'll get to see my process of allowing a dog to be social and when to intervene. Prior proper Ecollar training made this much easier to communicate with all the dogs.
