Gina K Fuse Foiling Gel vs. Deco Foil Transfer Gel Duo

A question I got on the video was how is this compared to the Duo gel? This does NOT dry Tacky. It was completely dry when I checked it in 2 hours which you will see in my video. The duo gel can be used with or without heat because it's Tacky. This wasn't Tacky and required heat from the Fuse/minc or laminator machine.
