Hi, get ready to sweat with this 30 MIN ALL STANDING HIIT & STRENGTH Workout– no repeats, no floor work, and totally full body! 💪
This workout is split into two sections:
🕒 Part 1: 16 exercises | 50 sec work / 10 sec rest
🕒 Part 2: 16 exercises | 40 sec work / 10 sec rest
We're hitting every major muscle group while keeping your heart rate up the whole time. All you'll need is a pair of dumbbells – I'm using 2 x 6kg and 2 x 2.5kg, but use whatever works for you.
✅ No jumping (optional modifications)
✅ No floor work
✅ Low impact friendly
✅ No repeats
