This was our experience with Hurricane Norma in 2023. Fortunately for us the storm continued farther north than originally expected and by-passing Los Barriles.

We still received a little wind and quite a bit of rain which caused some water damage to roads and caused power outages.

The city was able to pretty much get back to normal within a few days.
