Chicken Stew With Whipping Cream
INGREDIENTS:
1 Chicken, chopped (skin removed)
3 tbsp Oil
1 Bay leaf
6 Cloves
6 Cardamom
10 Peppercorn
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 Onions, chopped
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Blackpepper
3 Tomatoes, roughly chopped
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
salt to taste
1 tsp Maggi Seasoning (optional)
3 Potatoes, cut in two
3 Carrots, cut into four
1 cup Whipping Cream
