Legendary songwriter and vaudevillian Joseph E. Howard performs his three most famous songs, "Hello Ma Baby," "I Wonder Who's Kissing Her Now?," and "Goodbye, My Lady Love." I believe this clip comes from "The George Jessel Show," c. 1953. To me, it seems almost as if this performance is an ethereal recreation of the turn of the century! Although this clip was filmed in the 1950s, Howard's style sounds as if it had not changed in many years.
