STORY:
England (despite his coldness about the subject of the Revolutionary War) in the back of his mind still views America as this perfect, beautiful entity that could do no wrong. Because he is still the boy England brought up. Lately, however, anytime England thinks of America, his thoughts turn corrupt (where I have America with wings that quickly turns into him being surrounded by flames, the screen flashing red, quick glitches, ect). The once perfect image that somehow remained intact over centuries of hurt is now finally crumbling. England is reliving the pain but with the realization that America will never be the little boy he found once upon a time. He doesn't want to feel this way, yet the best he can do is hold his head and muster out a few useless words to himself.

So basically, from 0:52 to 1:03, I'm not really following the lyrics (I thought of the lyrics as England handling everyday people in his misery; he's bitter and it shows) but rather what's going on inside England's head.
