Dear YouTubers, these are the 10 best XTC songs.
They are two very different lists of favorite XTC songs. But that's to be expected when you have a band with as many eras as XTC, not to mention two songwriters with their own unique styles.
Are you into the post-punk stuff? The pastoral stuff? The college rock stuff? There’s stuff for almost everyone.
There are a few hits that most in the US will know, Dear God, Mayor of Simpleton, maybe even the Ballad of Peter Pumpkinhead. Then there’s the UK stuff like Making Plans for Nigel or Senses Working Overtime and Sgt. Rock, which all charted in the top 40.
