Welcome to Romani Branding and Management. My name is Chris Romani and I focus on social media and other digital marketing strategies for small and medium businesses.
Today, I discuss my core philosophy for how to succeed in social media as a small or medium sized business.
I start by talking about the over-arching theme, that social media is part social and part media, and focusing on the social aspects will ultimately lead to your goals.
I think break down my five key tenants:
1) Treat your customer like they are in the room.
2) You have to say something!
3) Only speak with your own voice.
4) Your clients are also content creators.
5) Pick platforms that work well for you and your business.
