I had planned to film much more behind the scenes footage, but walking to a restaurant and falling asleep in a hotel is not interesting and filming ourselves eating in a public restaurant just isn't my speed.
I filmed when I could/wanted to and leaned into wherever the edit took me.

I film and edit these videos 100% linearly per workday. The restriction becomes part of the creativity.
