Wacker Neuson 200kg reversible vibration plate comparator with hydraulic failure. It was unable to control direction of move of this comparator, this video shows how to change seal rings in handle and in vibration plate. This is common fault when untrained personnel lift this machine by the handle instead of the eye intended for it. It uses hydraulic oil, volume can vary from model to model. Do not forget to deaerate as shown in video in the last step and refill hydraulic oil if necessary.
